Frequently Asked Questions

Rates can vary based on peak periods and demand.

Click on Check Availability & Rates to submit a request for rates and availability.

A rental is confirmed when a signed renters agreement is received along with the deposit required.

We accept weekly and nightly rentals, 2-night minimum stay is required.

We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Check.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

A security deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking to cover damage that maybe incurred during a renters stay.  If any damage costs exceed the security deposit, the Renter hereby agrees to pay the additional amount.  If there is no problems, deposits will be returned 10 days after check-out.

In the event of a cancellation; the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made prior to the date outlined in the Renter's Agreement.  Cancellations made after that date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Full payment is due prior to check-in and receiving the cabin access instructions.

Code for door key will be provided prior to check-in; code is changed with each renter.

Cleaning service during the renter's stay is not included.  Professional cleaning is provided upon check-out at an additional fee per stay outlined in he Renter's Agreement.

A designated parking spot is included, identified as #4.  Commercial vehicles, RVs, etc. are not permitted.  Additional parking is available on the street.

Parking of trailers is prohibited per the Condominium Association.

A boat slip is included in the rental, identified as #4. The slip will accommodate up to a 25' boat.

Check-in time is 3:00pm EST

Check-out time is 11:00am EST

Linens are provided for all bedding;  sheets, quilts, pillows.

Bath towel sets are provided for 6 people.

Beach towels are NOT provided.

A dumpster is located onsite. All items need to be bagged and boxes broken down.
